Welcome. I’m a passionate visual artist and art historian, former chef, and gardener. Each of these color my writing and my fanciful imagination often weaves a thread of magic through my works. As I see it, by engaging all of these interests, I can offer a sensitive and sensory-rich reading experience. Currently I’ve just finished a work of commercial fiction involving a celebrated chef who wants to quietly break free of her six years of grief-stricken isolation by hosting a cooking class in her home. When her best friend and Public Relations genius suggests eight unlikely Washington, DC socialites to create a buzz—four trophy wives and their four best gay friends—the chef hesitates but agrees. Only later she realizes her instincts were right as each member begins to unravel as the wine flows, and their dark secrets that could destroy their public images and the class are revealed.
